As you build your business, you grow your organization and the number of members that you have in your team. We recognise different GenLife Health Advisor statuses in all aspects of our company.
First of all, you have access to higher bonuses when you qualify at a higher status. You also have access to different kinds of bonus pools. Maybe even more importantly, you will be recognised by the entire company at your status during every event and incentive trips. In short, it pays to reach higher status with GenLife.
We recognise the following GenLife Advisor Statuses:

OV represents the total product volume that is generated by your entire team. The table show the minimum OV volume that you need to generate for all individual GenLife Health Advisor Statuses. We want to make sure that your organization has a minimum width to promote its long-term stability. That is why for the higher Status levels, the total volume has to be split over a certain number of legs, which are the subgroups in your total organization that are formed by your front line team members. Finally, to prevent that too much volume comes out of an individual leg, we only count a maximum percentage of volume of each individual leg.
As an example, in order to qualify as Senior GenLife Health Ambassador, you need a total volume of 500 Health Points in a month, that is coming from at least 3 different legs. The biggest leg in your team will only count for 60% of the required OV. Any volume higher than that will not be considered for the qualification requirment, but it will count towards you commission OV. The second biggest leg counts in total, and the combined remaining legs count in total if the sum is at least 10% of the required total OV.
Your qualifying status is determined every month, and influences your bonus potential for that month. We discriminate a pin status, which is the highest rank you have ever reached in your GenLife career, and a paid-as status which is the status that you have actually reached in a given month, based on your organization’s performance.
